Programs

As of: 8/5/2021 – Please visit the Club to complete your registration packet. (Please note there are no online registrations at this time) We will be accepting packets at our Clubhouse Monday – Friday from 8:30 am – 4:00 pm. 

Starting at 7:00 a.m., participants are provided with activities to get their minds started before school.  A Club bus transports members to their elementary schools, and then picks them up at the end of the day to come back to the Club for the afternoon.  Programs run all afternoon designed to promote your child’s sense of belonging, influence, competence and usefulness. An authorized adult must come into the Club each afternoon to pick up all children enrolled in this program before 5:30 p.m.

Please note that all program participants must have an active membership at the Boys & Girls Club of Pawtucket. There is an additional fee for some of our sports leagues

PRE-TEEN PROGRAMS

All children who participate in Club programs are provided with nutritious meals daily, homework assistance, fun activities, and interaction with professional and caring staff. Programs and activities range from educational to artistic to community service focused to recreational.

The weekly fee includes a daily meal and access to all programs and activities**.  We gladly accept payments from the RI Department of Human Services Childcare Assistance Program.

BEFORE & AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM:
$130 Weekly Fee*
*Please note that all families will be registered for both AM and PM services due to the nature of transporting members to and from school in stable groups.

Program Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m.-start of the school day & 2:30 p.m.-5:30 p.m.

The Before & After School program is scheduled to run until the end of the school year or change in situation. A nutritious meal will be served to all members who attend. This program is available for students in grades K-5 who are enrolled in Pawtucket Elementary Schools. All members will be able to utilize transportation to and from school through our Club transportation service.  (Please note this program is open to students in all schools except Flora S. Curtis Elementary at this time)

AFTER SCHOOL DROP-IN PROGRAM:
$100 Weekly Fee

Program Hours: Monday-Friday 2:30 p.m.-5:30 p.m.

The Drop-In program is scheduled to run until the end of the school year or change in situation. This program is available for students in grades K-5.  A nutritious meal will be served to all members who attend. Flora S. Curtis Elementary school students are welcome to attend this program.

PAYMENT PORTAL

Upon enrollment, you must use our payment portal to pay weekly fees. Weekly fees are due on the Thursday before your child is registered to attend. Please note that there is a weekly auto-pay option (will process every friday) and a one-time payment option, please select your frequency from the drop down.

Tour Our Club!

Due to the seriousness of COVID-19, we will be limiting the traffic going in and out of the Clubhouse. Only staff scheduled to work with children, along with maintenance and front desk personnel, will be allowed in the building while children are present. Please take a digital tour of our facility:

You can trust that your child will be in good hands when they are at the Club.  Our School-Age Childcare Program is fully licensed by the RI Department of Children, Youth and Families, and our staff abide by DCYF requirements.  Additionally, when school is closed for teacher in-service and training days, the Club is open all day for your member! We also provide full-day programs for Childcare Program participants during most school-year vacation days.
